How we use your answers.

VANTRUM collects the contact details, business context, requirements, and follow-up answers you provide to understand your project and prepare for a scoping conversation.

Storage and progress

Once you complete the first step, your draft is saved in VANTRUM’s Cloudflare database. Temporary copies in your browser tab help preserve work during editing. The site uses essential cookies for your intake session and, for staff, inbox access. It does not use advertising trackers.

AI-assisted discovery

Business context and discovery answers are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to propose relevant questions and a preliminary brief. The dedicated contact name and email fields are excluded from the AI prompt. Names or contact details you include in free-text answers may still be processed, so include only what is necessary. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and is subject to human review.

Who can see it

VANTRUM’s authorized reviewers can access submitted intakes in the protected review inbox and the VANTRUM CRM at agents.vantrum.com. Submission also sends an internal email notification with your contact details and preliminary project brief to rei@vantrum.com. No automatic email is sent to you. Cloudflare provides the hosting, storage, and AI infrastructure. A private resume link also grants access to that intake; anyone with the link can view it and, before submission, edit it. Keep the link private.

What to leave out

Describe what a future system needs to handle without sharing the actual sensitive records. Do not enter passwords, API keys, financial account details, health records, Social Security numbers, confidential customer documents, classified information, or government-controlled information. This intake is not a system for handling those materials.

Retention and changes

Draft resume access expires after 30 days without a saved change; expiration does not automatically delete the stored draft. VANTRUM retains intake information for project evaluation and project records. To request a correction or deletion, contact rei@vantrum.com and include your intake reference. Submitted intakes are locked against further client edits so the reviewed version is preserved.

No commitment at intake

Submitting an intake does not purchase a service or establish a final scope, price, timeline, legal assessment, or compliance commitment. Those details are agreed separately after review.
